- We provide our comparison energy service free to all business users. This is not dependent on business size, and is relevant to a sole trader through to the largest of corporations.
- All enquires are recorded and tracked on a single system, meaning continuity and ease of use for both parties.

- When your commercial electricity, gas or telecom contracts are up for renewal, you’ll receive a reminder from us no later than 30 days before this date.
- Any enquires regarding your commercial energy services will be dealt with promptly, efficiently and accurately within a reasonable timespan (typically 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- We will be honest about the services and business energy rates that we can provide. And more importantly, what we cannot provide.
